Meet Kiddy Cook Norwich
Hi, I am Frances Webster and I’d like to give you a warm welcome to Kiddy Cook Norwich.
Since 2010 Kiddy Cook Norwich has been cooking across Norfolk offering a variety of sessions. Over the last few years we have realised that children of all ages love cooking.
Our youngest chefs are our CookieTots (2-4 year olds) and we work with any age up to adults.
Cookie Tots, for 2-4 year olds, shows food is fun and encourages curious taste-buds. There’s nothing quite like it for pre-schoolers. We also offer CookieTots classes to Children's Centres & nurseries.
Kiddy Cook workshops, for 4-11 year olds, are more than about just cooking. As well as making yummy dishes, we do experiments (lots of fizz, bangs and pops), learn about ingredients, the traditions behind food and encourage healthy and varied eating. All children leave every session with the food they have made and a recipe card to cook their tasty treats again at home. They get a great sense of achievement sharing their creations with family and friends. Even older brothers have been known to approve…
Kiddy Cook Norwich works for numerous schools offering after school clubs as well as curriculum based lessons as well as Family Learning events, Healthy Eating days and Multicultural events. Our After School Clubs are very popular and often over subscribed. We also work with schools to provide invidual projects, themed days and family learning activities....we can tailor our workshops to you.
In addition we work with the Brownies and Guides, councils, the home-schooled, charities and run private sessions and lots of birthday parties. Every year we work at various Food Festivals providing the "Children's Cookery Theatre" and other hand-son experiences and we also work for the stunning Holkham Hall for various events throughout the year.
