Healthy Eating Assembly at Stella Maris School

How much sugar do we eat? Kiddy Cook's Sugar Shocker assembly helped the children of Stella Maris School, Stockport learn about how much sugar they should consume and how much sugar they are likely to be consuming!

"The session uses great visual displays which helps even early years children understand the importance of thinking about what they eat. Our pupils really enjoyed being able to participate and it has certainly made them think about how much sugar they consume."
