"Liam has enjoyed doing the course and learning new skills to make a meal. I think it is very good value for money and I think the recipes are very varied in choice" Tania Watson

"Many thanks for provideing this service. Monty has found it helpful as an option forthe skills requirement. he's a busy, sporty 14 year old with committments outside of school, so joining another out of school club in order to complete the skills element was proving challenging time wise and cost wise" Meinir Morris

How do the DofE courses work?

Once we have received your payment we'll email you a link to:

 - 12 easy-to-prepare recipes to include a variety of cooking techniques to help you prepare your food from scratch

 - Equipment lists for each recipe

 - Helpful hints & tips

 - Skills checklist

 - Feedback form

We will be available to offer email support to your son or daughter for the duration of the course to answer any questions they may have. On completion, the supporting documentation and paperwork will need to be emailed to us for verification and we'll issue a certificate and complete the final assessors report for each student.

Can I do a DofE course with a friend?

Of course – cooking with friends is a great way to have fun. Just make sure you both book your place or only one of you can be assessed.

When does the course start?

This is a 3 month course which begins on your chosen date. Your son or daughter will need to source their own ingredients and cook one recipe each week. All we ask is that they complete our feedback form for each recipe together with photographic evidence of eveything they cook at the end of the 12 weeks.

Where will I find the recipes?

As soon as you've paid we'll send you a link to your easy-to-make recipes together with a copy of our skills checklist and feedback form.
