- Equipment lists for each recipe
- Helpful hints & tips

We will be available to offer email support to your son or daughter for the duration of the course to answer any questions they may have. Can I do a DofE course with a friend?
Of course – cooking with friends is a great way to have fun. Just make sure you both book your place or only one of you can be assessed.
When does the course start?
This is a 3 month course which begins on your chosen date. Your son or daughter will need to source their own ingredients and cook one recipe each week. All we ask is that they complete our feedback form for each recipe together with photographic evidence of eveything they cook at the end of the 12 weeks.
Where will I find the recipes?
As soon as you've paid we'll send you a link to your easy-to-make recipes together with a copy of our skills checklist and feedback form.
