Can I cancel my subscription? Yes – there’s no ongoing commitment to our cooking club and you can cancel at any time by sending an email to homecooking@kiddycook.co.uk (if you’ve paid for 4 months in advance, you’ll only pay for the months you’ve used and we’ll reimburse the rest).

If I order a delivery box will I need any additional ingredients? Your box will contain all but a few ingredients to complete your recipe, but you will occasionally need additional items - for example, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper, or 1 tsp of sugar or baking powder. You’ll receive an email before your box is delivered to let you know of any additional ingredients that are required. Hopefully this will give you enough notice, but if there is something you can't get hold of, just email us at homecooking@kiddycook.co.uk and we’ll help find an alternative.

Covid-19 To ensure Abel & Cole packing teams are maintaining safe social distancing they have had to simplify their product range and limit the number of items they can pack each day. Whilst they are working hard behind the scenes to increase it further please be advised that the contents of your subscription box are subject to change. However, if this happens, we will provide an alternative recipe for your young person to cook via the website.

How will my delivery box be delivered to me? All our boxes are delivered by Abel & Cole, who will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your food is delivered securely, rather than being left outside.

What if my child has any allergies? For our online service we can always provide vegetarian or vegan alternatives, but currently this might not always be possible with our delivery service.

Can I purchase 1 months box? Yes. 1 delivery box is just £19.99
