CookieTots

CookieTots

CookieTots is our learning programme for toddlers & pre-schoolers that’s delivered through local nurseries. It’s very hands-on and fully interactive, and supports very young children in beginning to understand how to make healthy food choices.

Each CookieTots nursery session lasts for approximately 45 minutes, and during each 6-week programme the children experience and explore foods, discover where food comes from and learn what's healthy (and what's not!). Each week they’ll create a delicious recipe to take home and cook (so no oven required), along with their own wipe-clean recipe card

Sessions take place during the nursery school day and we provide aprons, utensils and all the ingredients needed. All you need to provide are the children and the space!

CookieTots for toddlers is a hands-on interactive learning programme which supports pre-school children to begin to understand how to make healthy food choices. During two 6 week programmes, toddlers experience and explore foods, learn where food comes from and, learn what's healthy (and what's not)! All sessions use a variety of age specific hands-on recipes and resources, specifically developed with the guidance of our qualified nutritionist.
