Jane Chate . Stansted

Hello,

My name is Jane and I’m the franchise owner and class leader of Kiddy Cook and CookieTots covering Stansted, Bishop’s Stortford, Great Dunmow, Saffron Walden and the surrounding villages.

As a child I used to love spending time baking with my grandmother, but it wasn’t until after university that my passion for food and cooking really began to develop. As a family we buy local produce where possible and grow our own veggies to get the children more involved. Having worked in the City for 10 years I was ready for a lifestyle change, so when I found out about Kiddy Cook I knew instantly it was exactly what I wanted to do.

Children have such inquisitive minds and love making things in the kitchen. Kiddy Cook and Cookie Tots classes aren’t only about cooking – they’re about having fun, learning about food through games, stories and experiments, and giving children lifelong skills.

If you like the sound of it, please do come along to one of my classes. The children make some yummy recipes and you don’t have to clean up the mess!
